Susan is currently our Music Associate. She leads the older-elementary, youth choirs, and the older-elementary handbell choir. She accompanies the contemporary choir and rings in the adult handbell choir. She is also the leader of the drama ministry.

Susan has a Bachelor of Music degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH, and is originally from Dayton, OH.  She has been involved as music director in local community theaters in Gastonia, Belmont and Charlotte.  Susan accompanies the choirs of two schools in Gaston County.  She also plays weekly for the Rotary Club and Covenant Village Hymn Sing-a-longs.

In her spare time Susan enjoys reading, travelling, and going to the movies. She is married to Ted, and they have one daughter Meredith who lives in Cincinnati with her husband and 2 children.
