Rev. Shelton Davis is the pastoral counselor for Serenity Pastoral Counseling and her office is just across the hall from the chapel. Shelton is also the Executive Director for the group and has an additional office in Belmont. She is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an ordained Methodist minister. She has more than 15 years of counseling experience with individuals and couples. Prior to working as a pastoral counselor, Rev. Davis was a Board-Certified Chaplain (Association of Professional Chaplains) and worked at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center, and Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center.
